“Music Unplugged” is a concept that highlights the melodic and emotional aspects of various geners of music, by presenting it in a free- flowing, contemporary style that appeals to both traditional and modern audience.

Featuring a team comprising of a reowned paintist and composer as well as popular young star musicians of today, this show having trendy decors and lighting will delight the connoisseurs and attract youngsters.

While the classical songs featured are well knows songs of Devi and Yashoda (like Enna Thavam, Unnai Allal, Sri Chakraraj Simhasaneshweri and Karunai Dheivame), the file songs are evergreen Tamil Classics(such as Janani Janani, Uyirum Neeye, Amma Endralaikkadha, Chinna Thayaval, Anbil Malarndha and Tholiyile).

Classical and Celluloid songs featured in this concert as free-flowing medly, are woven together to the straind of the piano and tabla.
The show premiered at the prestigious Yagnaraman Festival 2012 – Sri Krishna Gana Sabha in Chennai, is all set to travel National/International Music Festival…
