Y. Gee. Mahendra is the criminal Sathya, just released, the Income Tax official Manohar, the sloka quoting Patanjali sarma, the psychiatrist Kannan who keeps bowling the googles overhand and underhand, the detective Wadke from Bombay and the Swami Golikundananda. He dons and shrugs off each role with consummate ease, each one being distinct from other. The story and characters lead to hilarious situations, the jokes tumble down in cascades and Mahendra and his artistes blow away the ennui of the audience.
